yes I mean on the above mentioned PCB. Where is teh miso and sck pins .

But can we share the gen , sck , vcc, gnd between the shift register and the TLE50xx? only each cs have to be separately on the arduino?
And ehat the situation if i would like to collect the the potmeters with the MCP 320x chip?
Can I mix the analoge and the TLE 50xx in this case?
And I need only connect the CS signal to the MCP chip input pin , and the rest can be connected the same pin?
Because if I understand well, the MCP chip can collect 2/4/8 potmeter in one and it is reducate the number of wires.
Because of the MCP output only 4 wires even if there is 8 potmeters.

Shift Register serial connection need pins for:
Gnd
VCC (+5v)
DATA
SCK
CS

CS and DATA require individual pin in Arduino in MMjoySetup fields SR-CS and SR-Data.

TLE501x serial connection need pins for:

GEN
SCK
MISO
CS (one exclusive pin for each TLE) set in MMjoySetup MPC Port.
Gnd
VCC (+5v)

So, besides Gnd, VCC only SCK pin can be shared in between. Shift Register don't use GEN pin, only TLE501x and can share with others TLE501x

No experience with MCP's probable need share the Shift Register serial connection, no idea about conflicts.

maybe is this working ?
only one CS pin can be use for 8 potmeter and maybe the analoge potmeter can connect to the VCC,GND and one of the CH pin on the MCP 3208.
But such way it has not to add more wire to the arduino.
And I don't know we need to add to any additional component for this schematic such as resistor or capacitator or others.

And there is no any programming resolution that the windows see only the occupied arduino pins for the axies and the rest of the problem can be handle via arduino code. Because this way we use only 3 analoge pins on the arduino, so there remain 5 more to use anything else. so we can use more pormeter than 8 with single arduino pro micro

No reason for wire TLE501x in MCPxxx, because TLE's have their own 12 bit's ADC send digital signal.

The reason for use MCPxxx is send analog signal of potmters, analog sensor (e.g. Hall, KMZ41...) in digital format - what is benefit if need use long wires, and increase Arduino ADC axis resolution from 10 to 12 bits, what is moot for secondary axes.

There's no way to overcome Windows 8 Direct Input axes limit per controller for a while. Using MCP32xxx will not increase this.

These boards have all the access to Shift Register pins. I use them for the FLCS/F-22 and the Attack Throttle conversions. Here's the Attack Throttle layout:

[Linked Image]

B3 is Shift Register MISO
B1 is SPI Clock
F7 is Shift Register Output (CS)

Set MMJoy2 like this:

All these pins are still free in my TQS conversion.

Was this what you were asking?
