Hi

After some years, I've reinstalled EECH and one of the things I want to play with this time, it's the coordination with wingman. What voice reconigtion do you use with ECCH? Shoot is recommended in EECHcentral but it's only available thru a backup in archive.org. As it seems dated, I would like to know if there is more updated options.

EECH2 comes with one already set up I think. Maybe it could be used in EECH 1.16.2?

Hi:

I've just tested shoot in win7 64bit but sadly it doesn't work. It starts correctly but when you load a xml profile, an error message appears. I've tried with several compatibility modes (winxp, win 2000) as administrator but it doesn't work.

Then I've tried Freepie (https://andersmalmgren.github.io/FreePIE/) that allows to use basic python commands for seting up a profile for windows voice recognition. An example would be:

keyboard.setPressed(Key.Tab)
sleep(.1)
keyboard.setPressed(Key.D2)

keyboard.setPressed(Key.D1)


Here I've called my wingman number 2

Its easy (for those who know a little bit of python), free, open source and compatible with any kind of program or simulator. And it allows to config button assignments of your joysticks/HOTAS/MFD too.

That sounds promising, I might look into it. I've used Python quite a bit. I saw a video of someone playing Elite Dangerous, and using voice commands. I'm always forgetting which keys do what, so this would be useful.
