Played it to death years ago... Pity none of the recent Star Wars games can't come anywhere near to this or the X-Wing series.

Now that really brings back memories. That game came out 22 years ago!

The recently released SW: Squadrons is pretty good but the game definitely favors the multiplayer aspect over the single player campaign.

Agreed Trooper117. The recent games are big on show but, lack that "immersion factor" imo.

Yeah PanzerMeyer, it's been a long time! It still runs well on my WinXPSP3 rig! I do have SW Squadrons, just haven't really got into playing it yet. I did do a couple training missions in both the TIE Fighter and T-65B.

My sister and I loved Star Wars: Tie Fighter. Is this entry in the series pretty good? Nice shots Vince.

Yeah Coot, it was arguably the best in the series as far as immersion and ship models to date (as of that time). And the sound is incredible! Great fun!
