Hello all, I use Multimod v2.2. I also use FM tweaks from Von S also. Does the FM tweaks override Multimod aircraft stress settings or work in conjunction with them? Thanks for any help as always.
The FM Package for WOFF UE/PE overrides those robustness settings in JJJ's MultiMod since the package is loaded via JSGME - leave those settings at default in the MultiMod if flying my FM tweaks for any given aircraft. Change those robustness settings to taste if flying stock models (I tend to increase those values by about 10 or so, for stock models, to give them a bit more strength - makes you more competitive with the AI in UE/PE that doesn't suffer as much structural failure as you do, in dives and whatnot - I recommend the same procedure for BH&H2; by the way, I am using the MultiMod ver. 2.2 with BH&H2 and haven't noticed any oddities, as well as Xjouve's max. terrain mesh and my "lite" water tweak of his water package, Gecko's improved water textures, 4L0M's clouds, and Olham's improved rivers mod. - loading via JSGME and no problems noted).
My FM package will eventually be updated for BH&H 2 - maybe in a year or so
- there are around 550 xfm files in that package to update, and I want to spend some time flying stock BH&H2, while I fly the modded FM stuff in my FrankenWOFF 4.18 install. Always good to have multiple WOFF installs around (those on Macs can comfortably have multiple installs - see info. under the WOFF-on-Mac thread for details).
For those wondering if there is a custom GPU/FPS Tuner for BH&H2 - yes there is - see the bottom info. under the "Supplementary to WOFF-on-Mac" post - for the "FrankenBHAH Enhancement Package" - tweaks a few more things and improves the terrains a wee bit more than was implemented in the WOFF GPU Tuner (for PE WOFF) which itself is BH&H2-compatible.
Happy multi-WOFFing all,
Von S
P.S. Multiplayer in WOFF means running multiple WOFF installs - sorry...couldn't resist.
