Heather was ok, i much prefer me some girl that didn't feel so breakable and a bit more challenging. Ripley was way more my deal, although never seen as as the standard Hollywoid bombshell, brunette too, blondes are overated...and Sigourney had that look and mannerism that it feels like you had to step up too...

I prefer this format to Reddit.

So do i. Reddit is much better using rif and deleting all of the default subs and finding the decent ones.

I do not like Reddit at all.

I'll take this anyday

Yep, Reddit is just weird.

That's without even going into all the freakin BIZARRE reddits they have.

Censored

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet.
I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

No surprise that most of us here don't care for Reddit but it just reinforces the fact that we are a small niche of older users of the internet. The mainstream (ie majority of users) have all gone to Reddit and other social media forms to replace the traditional message board.

Member #264 reporting in.

Joined way back when CombatSim (I think that's what it was called lol) went to a paywall and migrated here when this forum was in its infancy. Although I've rarely posted over the years, I do still read the forum several times a week.

I wouldn't say its dying. Just that many of us have gotten older and don't necessarily have the time to interact or play sims as much.

Pretty much following on Gromit's heels here.

Ex CombatAce member who also swung across to here. Maybe I'm just getting older, but seem to have less time these days, and I have to admit, past three or four years I haven't written much, because I seem to have lost contact with the "old gang" here. Also work, travel......currently testing the waters to see if I can adjust my life to living in the Philippines.

FWIW.

Andrew.

Kindest regards,

AJ

The membership numbers aren't sequential. I used to have another dating further back but that all changed around 2001. I came here from Falcon2.com forums.

SimHQ was the first bonafide message board I registered for. Before that it was all AOL chat rooms. biggrin

I used to prowl the AOL chat rooms. I once got a short ban for using a piece of software that would disconnect everyone in the room. This was back in the dial-up days.

Well, if you think there's not enough interesting content, create some. Ask not what SimHQ can do for you...

Oh, and here's a picture of Donna Dixon.
