Oh, but how rude of me, please do take a moment to catch your breath after having accomplished said aforementioned New Title. .....blatant momentary pause........... Alright-ee then,..... now that said breath catching has been accomplished, WOTR then, focus Gents,.... What would you Chaps be proposing going forward with said aforementioned title???

Thanks Shubby, that's quite a drop -something seems to be making it dramatic though. Try having it set AA to "enhance" in Nvidia settings (profile for Cfs3.exe), and check what the workshop AA is set to. Then multiply your "enhanced" setting by the workshop setting to get an overall value. Make sure it's not more than 16x AA total for example. If overclocking reduce it or disable for now.

I set AA mode to Enhance the application in Nvidia and in game AA to 2 , but I’m still going down to mid teens when the bombers get shot up.

Only using turbo boost mode with the cpu, maybe if I disable that
