He was on the team that made the B-24 flyable:
He was basically the team leader of the projects for droppable parachutist loads:
He created a lot of ground enhancements, including vehicles, soldiers, camels, trenches, and one he was most proud of I think were the motorcycles:
But I remember him most for his drive behind the Nachtjager project, created by the Tonester, Aussie Jim and myself, based on his ideas for a "whatif" scenario based around the German wonder weapons. He was also had some mothballed projects that included a "Japan 1946" scenario and an update for Korea.
But Shreck's greatest contribution in my mind, was in guiding people. He encouraged many, many people to go beyond the basic game, he guided them on how to upgrade, he instilled ideas in others to inspire some great mods. He encouraged me and gave me fresh perspective during the drive to port the game to the larger 1024x648 format we use today. He was a friend when you needed one, in real life, even though you had never been close enough to shake your hand, he treated you like a dear friend. On a side note, he was one hell of a guitar payer too.
