Been trying to bind my VKB T-Rudders Mk.IV rudders to WOFF's rudder function and they seem to bind fine using the Rx or Rz axis in the keys configuration. But once in the game, the rudders are non-functional. Tried unbinding all entries for the T-Rudders and even for the Logitech 3D pro that I also used to no avail. The twist on the Logitech works fine as a rudder, but the T-Rudders refuse to work in WOFF BH&H. I had the same issue with previous versions of WOFF with these rudders.

I've looked at different threads about the T-Rudders and WOFF, but the threads date back to 2016 and no solution found on them resolve my issue.

Is anyone using the VKB T-Rudders Mk.IV successfully with WOFF? They work fine in other games.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You see the rudders are set on the Rz axis:

The T-Rudders appear in the key config tool for WOFF:

And then they do bind with the pinging sound at each end of the axis:

Send your WOFFKeys.xca to support email please (see last page of the WOFF BH&H II FAQ for the email thanks). Well try to see what the problem is.
Quite likely they have some odd characters or spaces in the hardware name,

I have a VKB joystick and it had spaces in the name.

You can find the file in C:\Users\<YOUR LOGON>\AppData\Roaming\OBD_Games\OBDWW1 Over Flanders Fields

Hi Polovski, email sent. Thanks for your time.

I'm having the same issue with my Flashfire Cobra Accelerator throttle which everything binds fine, but then no buttons nor the throttle itself function in the game. My priority is the T-Rudders though as I can use my VKB Gladiator Mk.II's throttle or the Logitech 3D Pro's throttle if so. But I would love the T-Rudders to work.

I am a happy camper now that I got the T-Rudders working in WOFF BHH. Did some more research on the internet and found that people have the same issue with Star Wars: Squadrons and here is the solution for that game for my issue in WOFF.

Fix for VKB T-Rudders in Star Wars:Squadrons

Using VKBDevCfg-C:
1. SAVE the current (default) PROFILE. This is your backup, although if things to horribly wrong, just use the TOOLS -> DEFAULT to put it back to factory settings (you'll need to do a calibration after resetting).
2. ADD in the fake X & Y AXES by ticking the 3 boxes I've highlighted for each axis.
3. SET this to set the firmware on the T-Rudders
4. SAVE as a new PROFILE (to save you having to do this again after your next firmware update).


So all I did myself was set the three checkboxes for the first two rows for X and Y and nothing else. Then click Set to restart the rudders and now the rudders work in WOFF.

A thank you to Mark from ODB for his help with this issue. Much appreciated.
