We cannot control the internet, but 2checkout has always been reliable for the vast majority of people for downloading (some have it in 15 minutes for example).

I would prefer to get this resolved, than get a refund.
Is there a torrent option ? at least they support pauses, breaks in connections

I takes about 2 hours to download. I live in the country and my speed is 14 MBps down/ 3MBsp up ( I pay $194 Cnd a month for this) it is the only real option besides satellite which is not good for my sons gaming.
