I think I saw that Pol said somewhere to use WinRar if 7-Zip has a problem with the file. Try that.

Hi The servers have sent the file out many times with no issues so likely a problem with your ISP or something along the route disconnecting you. Check the file size is correct (thanks Blade); 9.55 GB (10,262,728,607 bytes) as reported by Windows. Right click on it, Properties, to view that. If it has not downloaded properly, try the alternative download location (Press CTRl+F5 when in the download link window). See how that goes. Also don't leave the PC unattended, maybe every half hour or so (using a different instance of the web browser) open a different website or refresh something, perhaps something thinks your PC is inactive after a while. Be careful not to close the download window. 7zip as Buckeye has said, seems to have a problem with large files like this. Try using Winrar instead from www.rarlabs.com, Download page. direct; https://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-601.exeYou can evaluate for 1 month.

I tend to think it is their secure2checkout host (I had problems just getting a nice sustained connection (and suffered through terrible speed - though alternative link helped quite a bit) - obviously you are losing connection before it is completed and are trying to unzip a incomplete zip file.
Before you give up, why don't you try a download manager? - there are a number of free tools/utilities out there that could help you out.
