The "Consolidated Custom Mods" suite is currently being uploaded to Sandbagger for release on his mods page. Sandbagger will post a note to say when they are ready for your downloading

All of the mods have been renamed to simplify their intention, and all of them have "ReadMe" files that explain the inter-relationship of the mods.

If you already use any of these mods, please remove them from "Active" duty in your JSGME panel before installing the new ones.

The new mods are labelled as follows and unless explicitly marked as "BH&HII, PE, or UE, will apply to all versions of WOFF from UE up to the present:

WOFF - Consolidated Custom Mods Summary Readme
WOFF 0 - Facilities Models by Panama Red
WOFF 1 - 1914+ Custom Facilities - Full Trees Populated by Panama Red
WOFF 1 - 1917+ Custom Facilities - Full Trees Populated by Panama Red
WOFF 1 - 1917+ Custom Facilities - Reduced Trees Populated by Panama Red
WOFF 1 - 1918+ Custom Facilities - Full Trees Populated by Panama Red
WOFF 1 - 1918+ Custom Facilities - Reduced Trees Populated by Panama Red
WOFF 2 BH&HII - Consolidated Periods and CampaignData Mod by RJW
WOFF 2 PE - Consolidated Periods and CampaignData Mod by RJW
WOFF 2 UE - Consolidated Periods and CampaignData Mod by RJW
WOFF 3a - Consolidated Custom Facilities Havrincourt Wood Mod
WOFF 3b - Consolidated Custom Facilities Verdun Forts Mod
WOFF 4a - Consolidated Custom Airfields Mod

Hope you enjoy the mods and if you have any questions please respond in this thread.

Yes I have substantiated that the airfields load but we will have to wait to see the impact of OBD's code when they actually implement home field modifications. Only then will we be able to determine the impact. Right now I have no way to test that. In worst case you will simply swap the mod out at that time and I will have to see if any changes are needed.

Look at the previous thread where VonS made the same error, then changed his description to match what Pol had informed him. There are many MODs which will load into the SIM. In fact all of them should work. BUT, it may not be compatible with BH&HII down the road. Those features are a sample as Pol had said and not the complete picture. So, who knows what will interfere and what will not.

Note: Maybe an extended Beta test of MODs would be helpful, before releasing the final version.

These mods are JSGME and easily swapped in and out. When swapped out, the sim returns to stock mode.JSGME is the only way I would release a mod and these particular mods have been in use since UE without having a negative impact on the stock WOFF.
Whether to use it or not, is of course your own choice, but BETA testing of this suite of mods will reside with the user and rely on the user feedback for improvements.

Hard to tell in the video, but are the tiles the same as BHaH II, or are they currently the same as PE?

Apparently it's in poor taste to tell leaving customers "Thanks for coming."

The tiles have been matched closely as possible to merge with the varying nature of BH&H environment. RAF_Louvert still has to work on his custom facilities to better tune them, and updates will come to address this later. Is the look and feel acceptable? That's up to the users to decide. If you want to wait for Lou's updates, then just defer implementing the mods. The mods can be swapped in and out without permanently impacting stock WOFF

Thanks for answering, Robert. It was just hard for me to tell in the video, but my eyesight has been going for some time....hence why I asked. Thanks for your work.

We may very well need to make changes to accomodate the "unique field" issue when OBD get's down to implementing it. I am in touch with OBD seeking information on the issue. In the mean time, there is no need to deny the use of the mods in the interim.
People who want to fly the upgraded airfields will have no problem in doing so. As new improvements come along, those mods will be updated to accomodate them.

Just to clarify, in case you are not on the same page, JSGME does not overwrite the original BH&H II files. It replaces them after backing them up. When you deactivate the mod, the original BH&H II files are restored.

Hope that helps

The feature is just a "Hook" set up in the game but the feature doesn't have any content yet.

Hope that helps

I wouldn't be concerned in that they identified the feature (hook) is in the game but they didn't specifically identify what that hook would supply. They are building for the future and that "hook" will allow them to add the features without a full code rebuild I suspect. It most likely was done for efficiency.

I don't think you can be concerned about being short changed when you don't actually know what that feature is truly providing.

Best Regards

Thank you for explaining it to me. I now understand what you were trying to say, so I deleted my posts so that others don't get confused. I wish you the best of luck in getting this MOD fully compatible and I look forward to enjoying it inside my BH&HII.

Thank you RJW, and Lou, for your hard work on these airfield mods. I feel that these have always been one of the must-have mods. for WOFF. I look forward to "flying" them again eventually in BHAH.II. Great stuff gents.

Cheers all,
Von S smile2

~ For my various FM/AI/FPS/DM Mods. for First Eagles 2, WoFF, RoF & WoTR, and tips for FlightGear, recommended is to check over my CombatAce profile (https://combatace.com/profile/86760-vons/) and to click on the "About Me" tab while there. ~

OOps, found one glitch with Phalempin in the late fall. It's missing some light snow cover. I have it fixed on my end and will update the mod appropriately in the near future. I might wait for some of Lou's updates before I address it.
