Checking out WOFFKeys in BH&H, I see that under Aircraft Control there is a setting: “Suicide: Control+Shift+K”.

Setting aside obvious gags about long-distance flights on budget airlines, how does this work in BH&H? Does it replace the old “O-O-O” triple key press to “jump out”, that I seem to recall was in earlier WOFF incarnations?

I’m asking because of course I’ve tried it out, but with no effect. Are there necessary conditions before one can select suicide, such as being on fire?


Sidebar - and now I’m being really greedy - it would be great if WOFF 202x could eventually include the option for late-war Central Powers pilots to use their (variably-reliable) Heinecke parachutes..

That function suicide is a redundant key Mike. There's a lot more ways to do that by crashing your aircraft etc

OOOOO! I like the parachute idea very much but I suspect it would require some deft coding to only have it apply to Central Powers in late war.

I'm sure the Fliegers over in DID would very much love the addition of chutes.
