Woods was driving 84 to 87 mph on a downhill stretch of road outside Los Angeles that had a speed limit of 45 mph, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said Wednesday.
In most US jurisdictions that would be considered "reckless driving" and a possible arrestable offense.

Several charges. Speeding, reckless driving, etc. More than 30 mph over limit could be suspension or revocation of license.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.
