In most US jurisdictions that would be considered "reckless driving" and a possible arrestable offense.

Several charges. Speeding, reckless driving, etc. More than 30 mph over limit could be suspension or revocation of license.

Prescription overkill. He must be hardcore opiate addict . No memory of it at all. Thought he was Florida when interviewed by Police.

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet.
I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

Way too many wealthy people have a vested interest in keeping the Tiger Woods brand alive and well for as long as possible. He's way too valuable an asset to be bothered by all those pesky laws.
