I've developed a style of fighting that seems to work extremely well for me, but I'm wondering if either it was already invented, and if it is even realistic or not.
The style in which I fight is to close head on with my opponent, and angle to the right of them. When I get to the "magical" distance, I bank left in front of their line of fire (Too far to be shot though) and start climbing like the devil, as well as circling to the left, overtop of them. Of course they come up and start turning back after me. But basically what ends up happening is they are trying so hard to keep their sights on me, turning hard and climbing and going inverted, that they run out of energy. And that of course is the end for them. But is this realistic? It seems to work against many planes that are much more maneuverable and powerful than mine.
This move just one of the things that I do, but many of my moves are based on loops and circles and deceiving bank turns. Were these types of "Bait and lure" tactics used in real life?
Is this realistic behavior? Any improvements you can think of?
