Ok, just ordered the new game... is it advisable to save anything from our old install like our skins folder etc before I delete it before installing the new one?

Hi Trooper,

I've made that decision my end, however not sure if any of those mods will be compatible. Also J/S profiles have changed as there are some new commands.

Regards.

I guess I'll save the skin folder, for starters...

My old install is 44GB's... 22GB's of that is just skins, lol!
I've made a copy of the skins folder just in case I can use them, but yes, like Adger I'll just do a fresh install!

Ok, used the toolbox to uninstall WoFF/PE... But I'm still left with a WoFF folder with the JSGME setup and the toolbox. Do I need to manually delete that as well?

I suggest everyone run the Pilot Files backup utility stored on Sandbagger's web site under "Tools" before deleting Your old woff installation.

Winder has clarified a few points at CA..

You CANNOT have a WOFF (UE/PE) installed along with BHaH II ( Both sims use same resources).

You CAN use your WOFFUE/PE pilots in BH&HII but you cannot then take pilots from BH&HII back to UE/PE.

And CUSTOM skins should work

Winder just confirmed on CombatAce forums that you can save both your pilots and any custom skins to use in BHaH II.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to, but you can't port your pilots from BHaH II back to PE / UE.

Well, I've decided to get rid of all my pilots from my old install and will start afresh!
Once BH&H2 is installed I'll be calling on Capt Triggers to lick me into shape again... (ooh, er, missus!) biggrin

Do we also delete the folder in Documents, or will BH&H2 overwrite it?

Why is it suggested to uninstall both WOFFUE & WOFFPE before installing WOFFBHH? What does they statement 'they share resources' mean? I have both WOFFUE & WOFFPE installed and I keep the unused version in a Hold folder in the main OBDSoftware folder. I want to put both of these current installs in Hold folders and install WOFFBHH in the OBDSoftware folder. Why can I not do this and be able to switch between versions by rotating the WOFF folder I want to use into the OBDSoftware folder while the other two stay in there respective hold folders? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.
