Read your eaw.ini file for the key. It is usually near the end.

This is mine:

BAIL OUT=ALT B
PAUSE GAME=ALT P
SOUND ON/OFF=ALT S
QUIT GAME=ESCAPE
ScreenCapture=DELETE

There are various programs such as FRAPS that let you make in-game videos.

Windows allows videos, should work with EAW too!

usually the last line?
Do a search for it in notepad.
