yes i've seen all those posts before. Not being lazy over here :D,, I guess i'm gonna have to learn how to code in C and make my own tools,, but this will also make things more difficult because i don't know how the game reads coordinates for roads, borders fields .etc etc etc... you see the problem is i have an excel sheet that i made that converts real world coordinates into game X and Z coordinates, and im currently plugging in these coordinates one by one and this will take forever. so i was wondering if there was a way i can make this file i have into a comma separated value file or CSV that a compiled C program can convert into a readable format for rob tools or craigs terrain tools. This will make map making so much easier:
1.A perfect example of the workflow would be to use QGIS to get coordinates for farms, roads, Train Tracks, Forests, city boarders, ETC ETC ETC
2. Use these coordinates and convert them using my excel sheet, and then turn this data into a CSV file
3. Use compiled program to translate your CSV file into a format the game understands for example:
Road 1>>> 200 vertices>>> and a laundry list of 200 x and z coordinates
same goes for rivers, river banks, beaches, road banks and much more
