Most of your posts are just about the old defunct agreement and this forums link. Nothing helping, expect the tally ho site link? right! Methinks someone is looking for a fight.

Well with GoG agreeing with our concerns re- what you refer to as "the old defunct agreement" they have replaced their 1.28 version with their new version of EAW 1.2. I can confirm this, as I bought their new release this morning. It now leaves us in a situation that we can support the users of their new 1.2 without reservation Jel, you have patiently done great work here. This, combined with the rejuvenation of Tally Ho, will give a great boost to EAW, while leaving open the opportunity of new players to avail of the development of the code over the years. Much thanks.

Interesting, I am running a recently upgraded - although still not a hot rod, I suppose - computer with pretty decent specs. I am running the 1.2CE version on it, which is the Cockpit Editor. It was based on the original 1.2x code, one of the very first compiled, with very few - if any - mods to it other than getting it set up to compile in debug mode ( needed for the internal Cockpit Editor and World Editor too), so basically it's 1.2. I'm running it in Windows 10, D3D at 1920x1080 resolution, and other than no horizon fog, there aren't any glitches at all. I can even run the old 2D cockpits no problem. I also tried an install using 1.2, the no cd fix, and Blackadder's Ardennes, again no issues. No image stretching, either. I did have a glitchy issue at first, but simply deleting the ini and restarting took care of that. I haven't even attempted a wrapper though, so I can't speak about the glide. I have not tried the GOG version....

I think so, but I cannot confirm the horizon fog issue because I do not have an nvidia card. Good framerates, and it can run in a window. On the down side they are back to the pathetic 1.2 multiplayer system, you cannot select night missions, there is no gun convergence, and worst of all single mission parameter selection is difficult. When 1.28 was released computers were already much faster than they were when 1.2 was released. 1.28 had a delay system to fix the single mission selection issues, but 1.2 does not
