I'm sure you guys can think of a few albums where you think it's an absolutely brilliant work of art except for that one song that made you think "WTF?" There are three that immediately come to my mind:

1. "The Beatles" (aka The White Album)

offending song: Revolution #9

2. "Synchronicity"

offending song: "Mother"

3. "Meddle"

offending song: "Seamus"

Rush “Power Windows.”

Offending song: “Middletown Dreams.” I’ve never liked that song, from the very first time I listened to the album 36 years ago.

Kansas “Leftoverture.”

Offending song: “Carry On Wayward Son.” No violin! Probably the single most evident way that Kansas stands out from every other band, and if memory serves it’s the only song on the album without violin.

Can't agree with NH2112 on “Middletown Dreams” and “Carry On Wayward Son” as I like them both, although I all but ignored Rush after Signals (1982) until Pesto (1989), then backtracked the missing years. Just a slight difference in tastes which is otherwise similar I think, at least with these two bands.

I thought we did this thread previously. In any case, PM nailed the ones I was thinking of, although I still listen to them as part of the album experience (EDIT: And there's other weird stuff on the Beatles' White Album).

The rusty wire that holds the cork that keeps the anger in
Gives way and suddenly it’s day again
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done
Two suns in the sunset, hmph
Could be the human race is run

The only other song I'd classify as 'weird" on the White Album is "Wild Honey Pie" but even that song is sheer music genius compared to Revolution #9.
