Some old INXS. The video looks like it used some old MS Flight Simulator for it. This song brings back great memories of my college years.

Gives way and suddenly it’s day again
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done
Two suns in the sunset, hmph

I remember watching "Rock Me Amadeus" at least 100 times on MTV. The video made its debut in 1986 which was the same year I got cable and I would watch MTV for several hours every day.

I'm more of a dim-lighted (and dimwitted) 80's power ballad kinda guy (also ambient lightning flashes and/or fireplace flames work). But sometimes you want to surprise your lady with a butt-load of scented candles (~30) and an appropriately weird and subtly suggestive playlist... wink

There has to be more Enigma-style music out there...taking suggestions...

^ Beautiful on all levels.

++++++++++

This may seem a bit out there, but I'm dreaming up another bedroom remodel to include sporadic strobe lighting behind our window blinds, and replacing the armoire stereo with more of a surround sound for playing tracks like this:

Thunderstorm Soundscape For Relaxation - Full 60 Minute Soundtrack

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RoItrosttY

Maybe even add one or two corner ceiling mounted directional fans for this:

⚡️ Thunderstorm At Sea Sounds For Sleeping, Relaxing ~ Thunder Rain Ocean Sea Lightning Ambience

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsD5u6k6dKI

...and this (surf without weather):

Ocean Waves Crashing - Relaxing Sounds - Calming Relaxation Music For Sleeping - 1 Hour

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PoAeFpUB1hA

I bet one can even simulate the smells of the beach somehow (must be a way). biggrin Lots of neat possibilities.

With all the BS going on in the world, it´s like snake oil to see/hear Frampton play this song again...

Glad he´s still kicking!

I check out all the Voice competitions from around the world and Germany always has some very good singers & songs .

One thing I like from the non USA versions are the variety of songs

Germany has the Voice Kids going on right now and this kid killed it

I had not heard of the band/song before so of course I went to the original and saw it is a German band called Guano Apes that I have never seen.

Original song from 1997 rocks pretty good band

here is a new version they did in 2017

off to check out some of their other stuff

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
about the song variety, here are a few from the current Voice Kids to show what I mean, no one here in the US Voice will do some of these lol
Gabba Gabba Hey!
