Like I said, let the reader decide. Coincidence? Hardly, IMO. (It would've been easy enough and to the point to say "It's simple to understand..." - it's the part you added about language and nationality make it appear much more than coincidence). And please stop with the personal attacks: Kksnowbear..behave yourself will you for once Debate the point if you want.

Ok folks, let's just wait for Asam71 clarify his statements. No need to try and second guess him. We may be making mountains out of mole hills on this and extrapolating intentions.
Best Regards to all

Adger, get it straight: I'm not telling you anything. I'm simply stating what seems obvious to me. Stop putting words in my mouth. I didn't say I was speaking FOR Asam71, in fact I said the exact opposite (for anyone who bothers to read). Again, stop insisting things about me that just aren't true - that's another personal attack. Hopefully Asam71 can/will clarify his position on the matter. As I said, IMHO his point was misunderstood. Again, obvious to see what was actually said by whom. I said he can clarify his own position. I also said IMHO ("In my opinion") his point was misunderstood.

Let's back down a bit if for no other reason than to avoid getting this excellent thread locked! (Hellshade...great time for a video!)
The older I get, the more I realize I don't need to be Han, Luke or Leia. I'm just happy to be rebel scum...

Pol & WM, thank you for doing what you do for us WW1 fans. I fired up PE for the first time in quite a while this past week, in anticipation of BH&H2's hopefully imminent release, and i really enjoyed it. There's plenty of long term value left in it, I think. Perhaps if you do manage to create and add new aircraft in the future for BH&H2 you might also make them available as add on packs to PE?
It's tough to construct a business model out of such a small market niche. Understanding that, I will always buy everything you release without giving pricing a second thought, as I expect most other long time WOFFers will.

Adger, you've nothing to apologise for. The thread was already being dragged down the 'how much will it cost and will it be cheaper for those who bought PE' again and you made your point clearly. What came after that was pure claptrap.
I bought PE', does that mean I'd like this new version for less? Of course...but will I have a hissy fit if they don't....no...because as Pol says...if they give this away...that's it....no more updates...and I don't want that...the whole point is this is a living breathing sim. THAT'S the difference.
What Pol has again made clear is that it is up to them. They've put in the effort it's their 'baby' so they'll decide. Then we'll decide to buy it or not. That's the point you made Adger mate and it was clear as day.
If we're all impressed enough we will, if not, or we think it's too soon after PE, we won't.
This new upcoming version isn't being done because there's anything wrong with PE there isn't it's brilliant and still worth every penny.
It's being done because they've realised that improvements could still be made and being professionals and true to their art they want their product to be the best it can be, so that's what we're about to get.
The new screenshots look fantastic btw the Gotha is an awesome creature, I've yet to come up against it in a career mission...can't wait.
"A great deal of an aeroplane could be holed without affecting its ability to fly. Wings and fuselage could be—and often were—pierced in 50 places, missing the occupants by inches (blissfully unaware of how close it had come until they returned to base). Then the sailmaker would carefully cover each hole with a square inch of Irish linen frayed at the edges and with a brushful of dope make our aircraft 'serviceable' again within an hour."

Albert ..cheers I wish I could put my points across as eloquently as you and others do at times, and yep sometimes I fly in feet first. Thanks for your post appreciated mate. Il personally pay what I believe BHAH II is worth to me, no more, no less I’m not saying a price or Pol il have my pants down (a predominantly british saying) and charge me said price and I believe most people feel the same and will decide for themselves Best Regards mate Adger
