In French film Sentinelle it was the weapon that the French Army troops carried.

Strange to put the ammunition magazine in the back. Does it effect the accuracy?

Not mechanically, but the bullpup configuration does make precise longer range shooting a challenge, due to the lack of forward heft that helps steady the muzzle on a conventional layout rifle. They also suck for shooting prone.

On the other hand, bullpups are good for offhand dynamic shooting at closer ranges, and in tight spaces where a conventional rifle is awkwardly long.

Anyways:

Your exposure is astounding and Ignorant. Google can show you it all. But you use your ignorance as a tool to troll.

They're very hard to find, unless you plan to join the Foreign Legion, though perhaps a well equipped rental range like Battlefield Vegas might have one?

The AUG and the Tavor series are better bullpup rifles anyway.

Debatable. The British Army would likely have been using a bullpup in the 1950s, had not the government bowed to wider factors.

Bull pups have advantages and disadvantages. Things I didn’t like about them are-

Miserable to low crawl with.
Awkward to get a good prone firing position
Awkward magazine change
Trigger had a lot of mechanical movement which made it sloppy. I’ve heard this has been largely fixed.
I just didn’t like the point of balance for combat rushes and obstacles
Clearing stoppages not as easy

But it did make for a shorter overall length without sacrificing barrel length.

Woah Jim, I think that was an unnecessary reply to NFB. Let's not start hostilities over this mmkay?

I find changing mags on my X95 at least super easy, and being short and rear heavy makes movement on foot easier, as you have less size and leverage to deal with.

The main things I don't like about bullpups is their awkwardly long length-of-pull, and their bulk, every one I've shot feels fat and tall, like you're shooting a gun hidden inside a thick cladding, which you essentially are.

With the X95, the butt is so #%&*$# thicc that you end up having to crank your head over to a unacceptable degree and really mash your cheek into into it, just to be able use the stock irons and optics that were designed for it {which are taller than their AR15 counterparts}.

I have to use a half inch optic riser, which of course worsens the already massive height over bore.

On the plus side, its a very fast and sport package despite all that, coming from most conventional rifles to the X95 feels like driving a mid engined sports car after driving a family sedan.

Every gun store I been they keep ammo on open shelf. Anyone take some, ask to see a shotgun or pistol and load it.

Have you ever done combat drills with a bull pup ?

Yes, took some classes with an ex IDF instructor using an original model Tavor, I don't see any particularly problem as long as the curriculum is platform specific and not kludge adapted from the AR platform.

Vienna, 2nd rock left.
Keltec RDB is getting a lot of praise in the Bullpup realm too.

I'm sure most of you here know Forgotten Weapons and associated projects, but for those who don't and are really deeply interested in the matter, they just released a new collector grade definitive book.

https://www.headstamppublishing.com/purchase/thorneycroft-to-sa80-standard-edition

As 33Lima said, the Brits always had a linking for this rifle style. I think in the US there only was one prototype tried once?
