Uggh!, this all just makes we want it more and more - anticipation is becoming hard to bear!
A thought/suggestion -- though I do love the immersion( don't get me wrong ), watching this video (and some others) it occurs to me that perhaps a "wipe with scarf" function may serve some utility - especially now, lol.
Again, pics don't really do BHaH II justice even though there is some great new scenery blending, etc. So much of it is in the sound, animations and AI, but it's still not too hard on the eyes either.
Just saw the new Albatros video, nicely done! It was unwise for the Tripes to attack such a large formation. Of course, when you pulled out of the dive at about 4:29, I was waiting for the wings to come off!
The older I get, the more I realize I don't need to be Han, Luke or Leia. I'm just happy to be rebel scum...

Thanks Rick! I decided to see what kind of formations the Germans put together during Bloody April. 15 planes on my patrol made me feel very safe!
I noticed that the rain did not wash off the blood on your goggles. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!1!! How can this claim to be a sim?!! NO REALisM at ALL!!!!!!! OUTrAgEOUS!!@
Nerf!
Just kidding!!
The AI pilots were quite aggressive in that encounter. Do you think that is true, overall?
I also have changed my mind about the raindrops. From what I could see through all the blood, they look very nice. Good job!
“With Major Lawrence, mercy is a passion. With me it is merely good manners. You may judge which motive is the more reliable.”
The Triplane was a great aircraft but they didn't stand a chance against so many Albatros scouts and this demonstrated perfectly the German's new tactics to the fore, large groups of scouts at high altitude.
I liked the way all three kills seemed to crash within about two hundred square meters of each other. I bet they still manage to reject a couple
"A great deal of an aeroplane could be holed without affecting its ability to fly. Wings and fuselage could be—and often were—pierced in 50 places, missing the occupants by inches (blissfully unaware of how close it had come until they returned to base). Then the sailmaker would carefully cover each hole with a square inch of Irish linen frayed at the edges and with a brushful of dope make our aircraft 'serviceable' again within an hour."
That was a scary video Hellshade!! Near collisions and difficult visibility through the blood stained, and rain drop effects on the goggles. I'm surprised your pilot didn't die in the air from blood loss.
Thanks for the post.

Those are great action videos. Also, I'm looking forward to all of those changes when it eventually comes out.
Hellshade, besides the dogfighting, can you tell if the recon, arty spotting or bombing missions have changed? for a career other than a fighter pilot.

Holy Ramflieger, Batman! All those aircraft swirling about and only a single collision. Nice. The AI code adjustments appear to be spot on, though I did wince several times with all the near misses. Kaiserschlacht and late 1918 are gonna be even tougher now. Yikes!
A 'push googles up' key might be just the thing but that's more for a wish list than this thread.

Alright, clearly a line has been crossed, this is all just so much taunting now! I feel as if I'm standing below the parapets of an English castle that's been taken over by the French, and they won't let me inside.
Do ‘elderberries’ feature in your reaction at all, Lou?
Oh that I was back in the dear old PBI. With no more Triplanes on me tail, nor tracer tracing by. And no more flames and clickerty-clack and no more blooming sky, And only a couple of feet to fall whenever I want to die.
