This part of the forum doesn't seem too active right now so I'll contribute. I've done wildlife photography for a couple of decades, here are a few shots:

Colour me impressed SippyCup,those are some fantastic pics!

On topic - I was woken up this morning by a god-awful noise outside my window. Sounded like a dog strangling a baby. I stuck my head out the window and saw 2 juvenile foxes. What a racket. Very urban here too but lovely to see.

I've seen more foxes on visiting a daughter in London than I have seen here in the fields adjoining my back garden here in deepest Worcestershire.

Superb images Sippycup; you are a professional photographer? Certainly of that standard if you are not! The Bald Eagle (if that is what it is!) is a most striking image.

Thanks for the kind words! That's a nice immature Mourning Dove (I believe) you have there, MajorMagee.

BD-123: I sell prints but don't go out of my way to, and have turned down work shooting events and other things I have no interest in. I don't like to mix business and pleasure (good way to ruin a hobby) and also have no time; most of it is spent out looking. I have to maximize that time, as even now with ~3000 hours per year I can go months without pressing the shutter release. Finding a good subject is one thing, then getting close enough and finding good light and a good angle without spooking it is a whole other challenge. It's a real time sink. Of course photography is the main goal, but I try to just enjoy the outdoors and treat shooting as a bonus.

Yes it was a Morning Dove, just out of the nest, and still trying to get their wings under them. A few minutes later it caught its breath, and managed to fly back up into the tree.

I was particularly happy with the color of the natural lighting in that one.

Yes I can't see SippyCups either.
