Glad you like it Blastman! It can get a bit frenetic!
From your post over at the Cloudpunk thread my guess is that you like some pixel art, and speaking about Rogue Like, I got my eyes on this one till the sale ends...

Insurmountable is a rouge like survival game were you play a lonely mountaineer. Choose from three characters and conquer three randomly generated summits which include random weather and events. Remember you need to climb back down!
At last a game about mountaineering and with NO killing!
As a mountaineer myself I think Iam going to enjoy this, and it seems more of a relaxing take from your typical run and gun theme so yeah Iam all for it! Random means you can get good replay value too, so 10/10 for me.

Took me 106min. to climb the first summit using route 2. First impression...
I´ll start by saying it´s a slow paced game, but you can speed it up a bit (spacebar) but it´s set at a fixed speed, so there´s just one faster speed to choose from. The game is still being worked on so that might change, as other things in the game. The game looks nice in it´s ultra settings and plays smooth on my old i5 + GTX1060. Relaxing game with music to go along with it. Some events are repetetive but I only climbed the first mountain so who knows if that will change once I try the second summit.
At first the game looks simple, but as you climb higher things start to get hairy, add that to some unfortunate event resaults and things twist as they would in a real life situation. While you do need to plan your path and manage your resources as you would in a real hike, things get challenging. As you cross the 6000mt. (death zone) things get worst and you need oxygen, supplys and such are hard to come by so your on your toes here. You do get buffs which do help out but I did find myself struggling at about 200mt. from the summit. Once you reach the summit there is a good sense of achivement I must add, and I did feel like it took me some hard work to get there, but the worst was yet to come! I was pretty beat up and with little resources left. It was a long way to base but I manage to make it.
I had fun playing it. You could always try it and if you don´t like it then get a refund. You will have enough time to make the first summit.

The Last Spell has been released in EA on Steam. Quite a neat game with a mix of Tactical RPG/Rogue Like elements. In a way it´s like They Are Billions, and Battle Brothers?

Going Medieval is a colony building/Rimworld game that´s just released in EA on Steam. It´s a 3D Rimworldish take with a easier gameplay. For those who like Rimworld, and/or anyone who wants to get into that game style without the depth and randomness events that Rimworld offers.
