For anyone who doesn’t know, Leonid and Friends is a Russian cover band that mostly does Chicago. Right now, as far as I’m concerned they’re the REAL Chicago and Chicago is the cover band.
Vasily is an absolute monster on Terry Kath songs. Robert Lamm’s vocals are performed by lead guitarist Serge (“Kath” T-shirt), and Sergey (cowbell & guitar) covers Peter Cetera’s songs. Them horns! And that rhythm section!

As far as I'm concerned the REAL Chicago ended with the end of the 70's. That schmaltzy 80's era Chicago was an abomination.
And they've even released some albums within the past 20 years but those went nowhere.
