I've not played with the new bases that much. I think they replaced the existing FARP model, so it could be that there's 4 FARPs in close proximity, and the new models are overlapping each other.

Those are on Kuwait map. And yes they are overlapping.

you must have installed something wrong, you need probably delete some files during installation, it looks like you have double eeo / ees files somewhere. My Kuwait is ok.

Could you try it without the mod, and see what those farps look like? If there are a few close to each other, then it looks like the mod has a problem with that layout.
