I just saw this today on Steam during the Steam Game Festival thing they do to display upcoming games with many of them having demos that are available for a short time.
I like the setting and the way the animations and physics look. I also like the gadgets shown. Its supposed to have single player too. Looks pretty interesting. I downloaded the demo but I haven't tried it yet.

There's another game that I found on Steam recently that looks pretty cool. It also had a demo right now. Conscript. I really like the aesthetic of this one too. I figured I'd add it to this thread.

The game looks cheap. They also "borrowed" the red sensor ball drone from "Prometheus" and those creatures in the beginning of the video sure behaved a lot like the barnacles from Half Life 2. And the guy at the end getting his arms cut off while trying to revive his fallen team member? Lifted directly from "The Thing"!

In my opinion Its not a case of being cheap Panzer, its a style of side scrolling platformer. I have another game that uses that kind of animated puppet side scrolling mechanic. Also, the reason I posted this for fans of Aliens and The Thing is because the developers themselves state in their game's description that it is inspired by Aliens and The Thing.
