Hey mate, all good smile scored a new job as an estimator. Crashed cars, drivable, roll into a shed, and i quote the damage. Parts, labour, paint, give the customer a completion date, request authority from the insurance company, organise the customer a hire care. The car then goes to our light repair shop (non-drivable is our heavy shop) 10 to 20 cars a day. My long hour farm days are over smile Back to 7.30 - 5pm 5 days a week, 1 hour drive each way.

Rather shagged when i get home still, gone from physically tired to mentally tired. It's a decently stressful fast paced job, but, i get a two day weekend, public holidays, sick days and 4 weeks leave a year. The year has started off good mate, not worrying about whether i'll get a paypacket next week has taken off a big load.

Cheers Nix!

Good news. Congrats.

Good on ya mate!

Great to hear. Was afraid you might have run off to join the circus. wink

Seriously, great to hear you are doing well. Now, get to the point you are bored again and dazzle us with more of your modeling prowess.

Just kidding Ajay, just was worried about ya man. Touchy times and all that.

beercheers

I grew up on a farm so I could relate to you and your farm work, well I also once did body shop estimates so I can relate with your current occupation too! Definitely a step up, congrats!

Good to hear Ajay. I’m glad things worked out for you. As for me I think the most labor intensive job I ever had was when I worked part time as a bagger at a grocery store when I was in high school. Lol.
