So my son got tired of me complaining how expensive this sim is and got it for me for Christmas.

I love it. I had no idea so many tanks were available!

So I have two questions: 1) Graphic mods available? I see sound mods at the Esim site but no graphic mods, like for the original.

And #2... ok, this is more of a gripe. Why does my platoon or own tank driver occasionally turn my tank rear to the enemy? I've had some great missions end with frustration because T-55s or infantry destroy my tank because the driver is tucking our armor away from the enemy.

Other than that, Man, Ilove this sim!

No graphic mods, just some tank skins that I know of.

On nº2, did you give your tank pl a move order?

What I would like to mod is the terrain and tree/brush files. Add more contrast and the like.

As far as the wonky driving, the tanks seem to spin around and back toward the enemy:
1- when I change formation, like wedge to line
2- when we encounter buildings or trees
3-driving around dead enemy tanks or their turrets

It is so frustrating.I'll be winning an assault then "Oops! Tree!" and my platoon turns 90 deg to go around it, then just starts spinning and BOOM some T-55 guns my engine vent and one-by-one my platoon dies spinning like idiots.

That´s strange, never seen that happen in SB, but I havent installed the latest version so far. Tanks will avoid trees and such and you have to look out for marshes or deep water or you will get stuck. Also make sure you don´t have threats all around, that will trigger unusual AI pathfinding.
