If I start an AV8 mission in the air everything works fine, but if I start an AV8 mission on the runway with engine running etc. my throttle doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Throttle doesn't move without taking the brake off.
Yep, finally figured it out. Parking brake is just outboard of throttle, release it and the throttle moves.
