I think I may have initially posted this query in the wrong forum, fingers crossed for a better response here!

I was wondering if anyone here is still using the Saitek Cyborg 3D Digital Stick? If so, are there any compatibility issues with W10?

I would have ditched it long ago and invested in a modern HOTAS, but it's the only stick I'm aware of that offers support for left-handers.

Can't help with the Cyborg I'm afraid but the Thrustmaster t.16000m can be set up for left-handers in case you didn't know.

Today, due the "HOSAS" concept for space games, are more options for left hand:

Thrustmaster T.16000M (ambidextrous).

VKB NXT SCG left grip
VKB Gunfighter base + SCG Kosmosima left grip
VKB gunfigher base + MCG left grip

VirPil WarBRD or T50CM2 base + Alpha left grip



I have used the Graphite version of Saitek Cyborg - non 3D version (or, without twist rudder) in Windows 10 with windows native HID drivers, this:
