There is a reason why it´s called The Squad, and IMHO that´s were this game might shine, that´s the multiplayer (squad) aspect. In other words, teamwork.
Aside from that, we haven´t had a decent firefighter sim that I recall, and this one at least tries to be a somewhat "sim" although some of it´s aspects might be a bit arcadey to real firefighters.
