Looks great Wigs! To add to that, i do our Schnitty with even more lemon. Bunch of fresh lemons, squeeze 'em and put the juice in a cobtainer, cut your chicken fillets, add to the juice and let them sit for a few hours in the fridge. Do your normal crumbing, back in the fridge for 30 minutes, cook, beautiful.
Listen to this whilst the chicken is sizzling in the pan...

Cubans and Cuban-Americans love putting lemon on their breaded steaks. I do the same!

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet. I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

Haggis is on my "must try someday" culinary list. I will only try it though if I ever visit Scotland. I want 100% authenticity!

They (haggis) have a weird evolutionary anomaly where their right legs are longer than their left legs, to give them balance advantage on steep highland slopes. This means that the correct way to stalk them is to go clockwise around hills.
