Didn´t see any reference here on SimHQ for this game so here we go! Got the space vib today...

Celestial Command has been in development for quite some time now. It´s been in EA since 2014 but coming along real nice now. New upcoming update will be adding planets, and big spaceship battles are already in the testing. I have had the game for some years now after getting interested with another 2D space physics (hyperbolic orbits) game called Children of a Dead Earth. I think the game has matured well now and is worth a look...

That looks pretty cool Red. I like the idea of space and planet travel but its hard to find something that is interesting across the board and has a theme that I would like. I also like the looks of physics there and the planet travel. Its nothing like this but I bought a game called Rodina years ago being done by one guy. Its nothing like the above but it has planet travel. I also have Empryion Galactic Survival but I haven't played it in a few years. I'm starting to get the feeling its not going to turn out to be what I was hoping for but it has changed a lot since I last played it. I just get the feeling its being geared more towards online players. I really want a single player focused space/planet adventuring game with physics and an engaging story and nice aesthetic and user friendly interface.

Looks interesting. I prefer 1st person but there seems to be more to do in this other than just combat.

At first this game was very hard to get into because of the physics, but they have tweaked it and even added a simplier option for flight dynamics in these past years. I think they are heading in the right direction.

Chucky, you might like Execuitve Assault 2, you have 3rd/1st person views and aside from combat you have building/trading. Althought this is more of a RTS a bit like Nuclear Dawn, except with EA2 you play solo. No physics here but a great concept though...
