I am 61 but the wrist that I broke 13 years ago feels like it is way past it's expiration date.

i must say i envy you folks who are long in the foot and still know how to computer or and mostly those who are more savy and actually withnessed all the evolution on pc or eletronics in general. My uncle, who has since passed, worked at the Naval Research Labs when they were building the first computers. He got his EE degree around 1925 from the Naval Academy. He saw and participated in some amazing things. I still have his slide rule and his Handbook of Electrical Engineering.

I prefer not to revel such personal information on a public message board, but I'll make this one exception. I'm 53 going on 23 (tomorrow morning, probably 73). Awesome post, Red2112! Gotta go, Delta rainy winds making my internet spotty.

67. Can still pass flight physical.

Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

68. Don't fly big airplanes, anymore, but I still love flying my flght simulators and my RC airplanes. I have a killer P-38 with a 60" wingspan that I can't wait to get up in the air! Still a kid at heart when it comes to planes.

I'll be 75 on Nov 8th. Sometimes, I feel younger but then my body betrays me and lets me know my real age. I fell off my bicycle Monday before last and somehow caught my arm between the handlebars and the frame shattering my right radius bone. I spent 7 painful hours just waiting to be seen in the local ER. The Xrays showed fragments around the break so they sort of set it with a splint until I could see an orthopedic surgeon. He operated on it Friday last week using screws and other metal bits to reconstruct the bone. I looked up the Doctor's bio online and to my amazement read that he graduated from med school in 1960. Unless he's another Doogie Houser, that means he's at least 85 or older. I just never expected to have a surgeon working on me who was at least ten years older than I am. Now, a week later it still hurts constantly---I'm guessing mostly due to the foreign metal in my arm. During the day, the pain is just an annoyance but at night--trying to get some restful sleep is impossible. The swelling appears to be coming down although I still can't see my knuckles. I'm to go for new Xrays and a visit with my old codger surgeon Monday so wish me luck.

36 years old. I'll second the assertion that it isn't flight sims which young people are not interested in, but forums. I am part of a vibrant flight sim community that uses Discord for interactions and it is almost all younger folks.

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet. I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

68 and trying to keep Parkinson's in check by continuing to work and do as many things I enjoy as possible. Feeling a bit guilty to complain as all with so many really hurting now.
