When I think "horror film soundtrack" these three always immediately come to my mind. These three are very hard to beat IMHO.

Whenever I listen to Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells I always think of The Exorcist. It's not a track that is scary at all but somehow it works,for me at least.

For real scary I would go with Jaws,but is it classed as a 'horror' movie?
