How is lying on your stomach a "workout"?

You can get a pretty good workout in VR without that flying device. Try out The Thrill of the Fight VR.
Best workout I ever had in any computer game was at an arcade. The game tracked the gun you held therefore you could duck behind cover to avoid being shot then stand up to shoot at the bad guys on screen. After playing this 2-3 times I suddenly realized my calves and thighs were on fire!

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

What's a "workout"? It's making your body sweat, but with your clothes on.

I had a gym membership cos all my friends had it. Join up. Good place to meet girls. Well, I didn't go every day. When I did go I didn't pick up any girls. Many were air headed or rude or full of themselves thinking they are God's gift to the world. Then I stop going. But the gym kept taking my money. It takes a Presidential Executive Order and Act of Congress to stop them from taking my money. I think Gym are a scam. And this has what to do with the main topic, getting ripped off by gym is hardly subject changer.

All require quite a bit of squatting and ducking, although probably not at the mad pace you'd get in an arcade game. Hot Squat VR is also a bit of a leg workout, although it lacks any sort of gun play! Hmm, deffo an opportunity there for the right dev team.

Thanks, I've been meaning to try Pavlov but my VR is currently setup just for me seated in my cockpit, I need to rearrange for standing VR gaming

Its funny that most exercise device commercials that I see have already physically fit people demonstrating them. I imagine this device has a weight limit so perhaps it is geared towards folks who are already relatively fit and where they need to be physically to have something that helps keep them in shape. However I never see over weight people on Nordic Trak commercials.
I once had a bad experience with a Suzanne Somers Thigh Master in the 90s in a antique/second hand store. :/

When the gym closed due to the quarantaine I bought a few pieces of home equipment, including this thing: https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/H5aab637...Exerciser-Krachttraining-Arm-Machine.jpgIt's one of the worst pieces of equipment I've ever come across. The cilinder is pneumatic instead of hydraulic, so every motion of travel has a different force. The rubber gaskets aren't fixed into position guaranteeing quick wear, and when I opened the package a screw already had fallen out during travel. The 'variable weight' function is inaccurately calibrated, meaning that it's basically guess work how much force you were using. Also, the handle looks screwed into place, but the lower sections are clicked/glued in, which doesn't inspire confidence. Within 5 minutes of receiving it, I had already asked for a refund. I also once bought dumbbells for home, and it had one of the worst tolerances in threading I ever come across (there was about 3mm of play). There also was no tensioning spring included. Bloody dangerous device. With exercise equipment, you really have to buy the professional equipment or go home.

Its funny that most exercise device commercials that I see have already physically fit people demonstrating them. It's called "Marketing 101". Supposedly most viewers don't want to watch unattractive obese people using workout equipment. This is why you almost always see very fit, thin and attractive women in those workout commercials.

It is to show the equipment works, results in thin and fit.
