Thanks to everybody in this awesome community!

Operation went well; got over my fear today thanks to a great surgeon. Have high levels of platelets in my blood, so did not bleed much at all. It's 9:00PM here in Perth, and I'm home already. Only given paracetamol for the pain, but at the moment pain level is sitting at about 1.5 out of ten. Surgery was performed at 7:30AM this morning, so I'm sure that the anesthetic has worn off, and this is the most pain I will be going through. Will know tomorrow after a good nights sleep in my own bed.

Once again, love this community, even though I am not here too much these days.

Thank you all for your prayers and wishes.

Andrew. :-)

Kindest regards,

AJ

Thanks Panzer.

Counting my blessings at the moment, given my age. Zero complications.

Kindest regards,

AJ

glad to hear that it is mostly over. Now just some getting through the recovery.

Great to hear Andrew I've had 4 hernia operations over the years and always found the worries before surgery were worse than the procedure its self..

I had a tumor removed about 6 years ago right after we had our second child. Everything turned out fine, but I increased my life insurance amount a bit afterwards. hahaha

Good luck, man. I'll be praying for you.
