I just finished reading Conversations with Major Dick Winters: Life Lessons from the Commander of the Band of Brothers

This book isn't a biography of Major Winters nor is it really about WWII. It's about the character and personal philosophy of the man. His views on leadership, responsibility. He was a remarkable man and I cannot recommend this strongly enough.
