I will hard pass on The Goonies. Betcha a Buffalo penny it will suck too.
It's considered by many to be a classic 80's movie but in my opinion it hasn't aged well.

So my sisters and brothers and friends told me for many years and years how fantastic this movie is. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093779/ Told me I got to watch it and for many years and years I hesitated. I watch it last night, finally. I ask what is so fantastic about it? It's boring. It's stupid. A waste of my time. This is another movie they also told me for many years and years I can't miss and again for many many years I keep passing it. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089218/ After the disappointment I had, I think I will wait a few more years. I have an iocane smoothie you should try. You'll like it. I promise...

The Prince's Bride is boring, stupid and a waste of time? Inconceivable! You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

watching Homeland on Showtime..Drags in spots and the ending to the first season was a tad weird but good show to pass a hot day That show is a very unusual case. First season was quite good, the next two were just OK. Then the remaining five seasons were simply outstanding, I think each one better than the last.

The Thing is one of my favorite movies ever, Noflyboy, you should definitely take the effort to watch it, preferably in a fully dark room with a blanket over you. If there is a a lot of wind outside that’s a bonus I’m currently watching Boardwalk Empire. I saw Season 1 and half of Season 2 a few years back, but never continued watching. Hoo i’ll make it to the end now

NFB, You are watching the wrong version. That is the prequel to the original which you saw being watched. The original came out in 1982 (even this is a remake if you google it). Kurt Russell is in it. And as Vaderini stated, is excellent. It is probably my favourite film.

I suppose , I am going Stir Crazy from Stay at home Covid 19. I watched Princess from mars with A. Sabato and T. Lords then caught The Wolf Man with Lon Chaney on old time T.V. Recently, " Hercules " with Steve Reeves and a Drop Dead good looking Sylva Koscina
Mystery Science Theater 3000 brilliantly riffed one of the Steve Reeves Hercules films from the late 50's. It's definitely worth a watch!
