Just wanted to share my recent experience with A2A customer service.
Long time ago, around 2013-2014 i bought A2A Comanche 250 for P3D v.2 at flightsimstore. In recent years I haven't flown it but lately i decided i wanted to come back to P3D and Comanche. So i bought P3D v5 but somehow i missed flightsim store going out of the market... I had no emails and no proof of purchase of Comanche. The only thing i had was a back up copy of installation file. But it was for P3D v.2 so very dated. I was able to use Accu Sim updater but it could only update to P3D v.4.
With little hope i wrote to A2A, described my issue, and i attached some screenshots of installing Comanche and updating it. That was the only proof i could show that i actually have it. Fortunately for A2A that was enough. I was asked to create an account on A2A and they gave me a fresh copy of latest version of Comanche 250 which i can use with P3D v.5. Pretty amazing i must say:)
