It is a remake of Let The Right One In. I thought they both had the same title but now see they slightly different so you have seen the American one.

The original is better though if you get a chance.

Ah, I was not aware that it was a remake. Really good, regardless.

Just watched The Guardian again last night. I like it.

Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

The Kevin Costner film? Great film. He is excellent in Yellowstone - great series.

I think the last Kevin Costner movie I saw was "Man of Steel". Good actor but his A list Hollywood status ended a long time ago.

In my opinion he was at his best in Open Range, and Untouchables.

I have yet to see "Open Range" but "Untouchables" is fantastic. A classic .

Open Range is very good Panzer. I went into it thinking it would be an average Western,it was far,far from that.

Kevin Costner makes almost any movie better. A more recent favorite of mine he starred in is "Mr. Brooks."

I love Mr Brooks. Cannot believe it didn't do better at box office. Great film.

I love his version of Wyatt Earp too, Tombstone is the better film but different styles really.

His voiceover on The Art Of Racing In The Rain made my wife cry so much.

I completely forgot about "Hidden Figures". That came out after "Man of Steel" and Costner was very good in it too.

At $5/ticket I could see these. I never seen them on the movie big screen.

Looking at the seating chart with the new safe spacing, a row of 26 seats, once I pick the seat in the middle #13 or #14, I pretty much have the entire row to myself except for one person on either side of me with 4-5 empty seats in between us which will become unavailable to be picked.

Then 6 seats in the row in front of me and in the row behind me will also automatically become unavailable.

Don't know who these theaters going to survive even when the big first run movies return to the theaters after July.

If they keep these social distancing safe measures, a 200 seat theater will only have 50 seats per showing.

It will be difficult for the theater to make money and the studio to recoup the cost on movies with $200-300 million budget.

Same with restaurants, really. You just can't turn a profit with only 40% of the capacity, unless you're a high turnover rate business like a burger joint. So, we may be releasing the restrictions, but it just means they will die a slower death. But then again, what's the alternative. (Don't want to kick off a PWEC debate here)

Also take one of the theater here, 20 screens. Let's says 50 seats per screen, that's 1000 people. 5 showing a day. That's 5000 people. How do you keep 5000 people apart from each other. Yes they don't all arrive at the theater at the same time. Still with restrictions on gathering of more than 10 people in many cities and states, how do you make sure even 100 people for the next showing of 2 of the 20 movies are 6 feet apart in the hallway, the lobby, the restrooms, the concession area. We all have been to movies and saw how many people are in the building on a busy night. Or the line of people waiting for the next showing of a new movie, standing behind ropes, while the auditorium is being cleaned.

What about all these cruise ships they built and the left the crews with no way home after Quarantine. Every port in the world has them. Some have been aboard well over a year now.
