Well, they will be....maybe.

I kind of got obsessed with the North Africa, Italy theater

Here is a Checkertail after they were.:

The 325th Fighter Group did not apply the checker board tail until they moved to Italy

More great but short lived art.:

This one is CBI but I am going to toss it in here....because the skulls are soooo cool!

Perfection is elusive but I am enjoying the search. smile

Cool models!

I'll go out on a limb here and say Sunchaser likes P-40's... winkngrin

Some nice ones there.

Thanks for looking in guys.

Yes Nixer, Sunchaser likes P-40's..., there are 20 done, scattered around here somewhere and finally, only 2 left to build.

I am P-40'd out for awhile though, but there are Mustangs to be tamed and a Betty to be struck by Lightning soon.

#%&*$# Tamiya! They finally got me to spring for their overpriced Betty and then piled on with their overpriced but excellent
early P38 F/G Lightning, who can resist the Yamamoto shoot down?
Not a diorama though, 1/48th palm trees cost too much.

My diorama experience consists of a white sheet, a box of tide and a crappy camera..:

Pretty cool actually...

Of course I paint trees that look like drunken lollipops!

Nice painting backing up the Skull Twins BTW. winkngrin

That's some spooky Pitomnik vibes Sunchaser. Very simple but works well.
