When you land, you should get repaired automatically (I think). If not, you can press CTRL + R. You might need to change cheats_on=1 in the eech.ini

if you get new mission and helicopter is damaged - it's a bug.
if you get into damaged helicopter that landed on ally keysite - repairing process should be started, if not - another bug.

I know that sometimes landing pads are spread too widely so some of them placed outside of the keyside area (200x200 meters or something like that), so repairing not starting when you are on it. maybe both issues has same roots- AI land outside of the keysite and finish the mission, but helicopter not get repaired right after that (just a guess, you can take off and land on another pad close to the base center to check it out).

is it Comanche you are talking about? sounds like some hacky way to make these systems unavailable, or they are excluded from repair script somehow (possibly by coincidence)

I have seen (heard) both AH-64Ds and RAH-66s bounce left/right/forward/backward the moment I hit "confirm" when they are sitting still on a helipad. Sometimes the tailboom will go straight through a H-bar. Resulting in multiple CTRL-Rs during take-off to avoid blowing up.
Could be related to the same issue here?
I saw somewhere that turning on V-sync solve the issue. Not for me. I'm running 1920x1080@144 and v-sync on and still see the choppers bouncing when I accept a mission.
