I infrequently get interrupted for long periods of times or have a glitch while in the middle of a mission in a campaign and find myself either being killed or some other negative outcome. Is there a way to reset to start that that mission over after the fact? Thank you for any assistance offered.

You need to backup the pilots before they die.

Use Mission Editor - it creates backups automatically and you can simple restore your pilot after any mission.

When you say interrupted if you mean it's quitting then you need to reduce memory usage I'd say. Check the WOTR FAQ for optimizing, lowering settings etc.
