Edit: sorry, I just saw what you meant. Looks like tree shadow is used in the sky texture somehow?

What mods do you have installed?

I installed all from allmods installer and nothing else.
Well. thinking about it hard I also accidentaly set cbar to 40000. Will check later if normal value will have an effect. But I guess that's just some clouds texture is mixed.
