Coincidence you talk Quiche. I was watching James Bond film yesterday and Roger Moore Bond made a quiche.
Yeah, "A View to a Kill", Roger Moore's last Bond film. That's when I decided it was manly enough.

Yup, she used 5 whole eggs, but you can make it even healthier by using egg whites and just a couple of yokes if you want.

I don't have a problem with it since the decision was made voluntarily by the company as opposed to being mandated by a state or federal government to do it. And besides, companies re-brand their products all the time so this is nothing new.

Yeah, but I don't like change!
I read a few articles this morning about it and posted what I felt was the most non-political.
Gonna miss you, Mia!

Those are perfectly fine, knock the sprouts off and cut them up. Not an issue at all. The texture does change and they'll be better mashed than as baked potatoes.

You could also leave the sprouts on, cut them up into quarters and plant them in your yard or even just in a bag of soil with the top cut off. You'll get a bunch of potatoes to harvest in autumn that way

That's what Dad said when I call Mum to ask her about this. Dad said his exact words: "Or you can cut the potatoes in sections and then plant them and one potato can give you 4 to 6 potatoes in a few months."
I told him I live in condo, I don't have anywhere to plant them, lol.
His said "Buy a couple of planter box and put them out on your balcony".

Looks good, except that I first toast my buttered hotdog buns in a skillet on the stove top, then add caned chili, diced onion and grated Colby. I want an onion dicer with a hand crank like you see in the food court at Costco.
Some final pics from the last couple of days, simple meals that I love:
1. Poached eggs over smothered potatoes and spinach (oh man, when those juicy yolks break).
2. Can't get simpler than a slice of ham with a cinnamoned sweet potato and sautéd mushrooms over peas, with a small piece of Mozzarella.
3. Half an oven roasted spaghetti squash, prepped with olive oil, salt and pepper, covered with pesto, veggies and finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. The 'spaghetti' is made by scraping the roasted squash with a fork.

I did put real butter on the buns and put them in preheated oven at 295f for eight minutes while the sausages were frying in more butter in a skillet on the stove. Those photos look #%&*$# good, Mark.

Coronavirus lockdown is changing my daily diet in that I don't think I can go back to my regular spinach egg wrap breakfast, Costco sardine lunch and cottage cheese fruit dinner. Maybe on occasion as I do enjoy them, but not so often as I've done for years.
Not only is my wife in the kitchen more on weekdays (she had done most cooking on weekends), but so am I as she can now get me started on cooking things that are more complex (but still relatively quick), and occasionally take a break from working to check up on me. Plus she's cooking more with my mom who's a very old-school, as much from scratch as possible, mostly cast iron type of cook. And mom has always cooked with healthy intentions, carried on by my 5-year older brother and 7-year older sister who never became fat like me (they're still doggone skinny). So at least that part of the lockdown is working out well.
