sorry to trouble folks again, but again am fixing up some games in my collection - i got the Pacific Strike boxed game recently and then was just trying to install it via the floppies and found that most of them haven't survived the passage of time it seems, same goes for the speech pack.

-would anyone here be able to help me with replacing the faulty disk contents? what i am looking for would be the contents (exactly as they are on teh floppy disks for disks 2,3, 6, and 8 and the speech pack disks

i know about abandonware sites, but they dont have the game in the same format that comes on the disks

I was able to get the disk iamges so all good now - - pacfic strike is quite good, i enjoy it much more than what the reviewers for it seemed to

Glad you got it sorted. I never owned Pacific Strike but I did own Strike Commander plus the speech pack. It was pretty ground-breaking back in '93 and I remember I struggled to find room for it on my 40MB hard disk
